Selain itu, regulasi ini memperkuat kepastian hukum dan disiplin investasi melalui ketentuan nilai investasi minimum lebih dari Rp10 miliar per bidang usaha KBLI dan lokasi proyek, disertai dengan pengecualian sektoral yang terstruktur.
