We are the Company Retainer of a sole Indonesian distributor of machinery categorising in wholesale trade and industrial machinery, spare parts and equipment for construction materials, hospitals, hotels and shopping centres.
THIRD-PARTY FINANCING
EXPORT IMPORT
We acted as the Lawyers in the Litigation process for one of the major Singapore Banks in Indonesia acting as the Third-Party, involving fraud of export and import between Parties in Indonesia and Jordan.
LITIGATION:
MULTINATIONAL PARTY
We acted as the Lawyer of the accused Defendant in the case of breach of contract between a company against one of the world's largest producers of electronic devices. Mahendra & Co. successfully settled a legal case amounting to USD 15,868 million against its counterpart.
CORPORATE BUSINESS - multinational
We represented the subsidiary of a Germany leading global producer of offset printing to recover their commercial receivables amounted IDR 1 billion.
COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATION
We assisted a construction company in its contractual and dealing process of USD 1.10 million in their sales and purchase of infrastructure supplies for private suppliers and Indonesian state-owned enterprises.
NON-COMPETITION AND LABOUR LAW
We acted as the Lawyers for the Litigation process for a multinational company in Indonesia regarding the Non-Competition issue and the breach of Employment contracts.
IP RIGHTS:
F&B TRADEMARKS
We assisted the company in Food and Beverages industry with their business contracts (supply, sale and purchase, export and import), including its exclusive rights of trademarks and business licensing.
IP RIGHTS:
SOFTWARE TRADEMARKS
We acted as the Counsel for Corporates categorising in a cosmetic, industrial factory, software production for protecting their Intellectual Property Rights, covering the Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Patents in Indonesia.
COMPANY ACQUISITION
We acted as the Counsel in advising the acquisition and restructuration of the multinational company, including the issue of shareholders' assets and the transition role of the President Director of the Company.
HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENCE
We were part of the Counsel for delivering human rights response in the land acquisition of the Indonesian road circuit construction phase for the United Nations Commission of Human Rights.
NARCOTICS, CYBERCRIME & CRIMINAL OFFENCE
We acted as Counsel for individuals and entities both in criminal and civil Courts for the case of fraudulent, medical, narcotics cases, one of which charged with Death-Penalty, and cybercrime accusations towards individuals from multinational corporations categorising in software production for virtual worlds focused on social connection.
