ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our firm. This full-time, on-site role in Semarang is open to candidates with 2–3 years of professional legal practice experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner in handling litigation and corporate matters while taking on increasing responsibility across a broad range of legal assignments.

Responsibility

The responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research and providing legal analysis;

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents;

• Managing litigation matters, including court appearances, field support, and site visits, as required;

• Coordinating with government authorities, clients, and other relevant stakeholders;

• Conducting legal risk assessments and monitoring regulatory compliance; and

• Supporting corporate transactions and providing legal advisory services.

Key Requirement​

• Bachelor's degree (S.H.) or Master's degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university;

• Hold a valid Indonesian Advocate License and Advocate Identity Card (KTA);

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional legal practice experience;

• Demonstrated interest and experience in litigation and corporate practice;

• Strong analytical, legal drafting, and problem-solving skills;

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple assignments effectively;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Willing to be based in Semarang; and

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
