当社の専門知識

Mahendra & Co. provides end-to-end legal support for construction and infrastructure projects of all sizes and complexities. Our Construction and Infrastructure practice is built on a deep understanding of Indonesian construction law, industry-specific regulations, and international standards, including the FIDIC suite of contracts (The International Federation of Consulting Engineers).

We advise domestic and international clients across the full life cycle of construction projects — from project planning, procurement, and contracting, to execution, handover, and dispute resolution. Our experience includes acting as legal counsel for private construction companies supplying infrastructure and heavy machinery to state-owned enterprises, giving us valuable insight into both public and private sector dynamics.

Whether you are acting as the Employer, Main Contractor, or Subcontractor, we are more than pleased to assist with every detail of your construction project. We tailor our services to meet your specific needs, roles, and responsibilities within the contractual structure of the project.

Our legal services include:

- Drafting and reviewing construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
- Contract structuring using national and international standard forms, including FIDIC-based agreements
- Regulatory compliance and licensing under Indonesian construction law
- Risk assessment and contract negotiation
- Legal support during project execution and contract management
- Claims preparation, delay and variation assessments
- Dispute resolution through mediation, litigation, and arbitration (both domestic and international)

We also work closely with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure our legal advice is aligned with the technical and operational aspects of the project. Our team is equipped to handle high-stakes disputes, whether before Indonesian courts or arbitral tribunals, and we are committed to achieving timely, practical, and commercially sound outcomes for our clients.

From foundational planning to final delivery, we are here to ensure your construction venture is legally secure, contractually sound, and fully supported. Contact us to discuss how we can add value to your next project.
